1. Reservations & Bookings
Reservations can be made online via our booking system, by phone on 0481 911 122, or by email at [email protected].
A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or message from Aranya Acres.
For large groups (8 or more), a credit card may be required to secure the booking. Details will be provided at the time of reservation.
We hold reservations for 15 minutes past the booking time. After this, we may release the table.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to your reservation.
For private events and large group bookings, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required.
No-shows or late cancellations for events with pre-paid tickets may result in forfeiture of the ticket amount.
Aranya Acres reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for repeated no-shows at the discretion of management.
3. Events & Private Functions
Event bookings require a signed event agreement and deposit to confirm the date. The deposit amount will be specified in your event proposal.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations of confirmed events with less than 14 days' notice may result in loss of deposit.
Aranya Acres reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to circumstances beyond our control (including extreme weather, force majeure events, or venue emergencies). In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
The venue capacity is 90 guests for seated events including weddings, private functions, and corporate gatherings. Guest numbers must not exceed agreed limits.
4. Dietary Requirements & Allergies
We take dietary requirements and allergies seriously. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary needs at the time of booking and again when ordering.
While we take every precaution, our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, shellfish, and other common allergens. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Aranya Acres accepts no liability for allergic reactions where dietary requirements were not disclosed prior to dining.
5. Responsible Service of Alcohol
Aranya Acres operates under a liquor licence and adheres to all applicable laws regarding the responsible service of alcohol in NSW.
We reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any person who appears intoxicated, is under the legal drinking age (18 years), or cannot provide valid identification when requested.
BYO is not permitted unless expressly agreed in advance with management.
6. Conduct & Venue Rules
Aranya Acres is a welcoming and inclusive venue. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behaviour of any kind.
Management reserves the right to ask any guest to leave the premises if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to other guests or staff.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the venue, equipment, or property during their visit or event.
7. Privacy
Any personal information collected by Aranya Acres (including name, email, and phone number) is used solely for the purpose of managing your booking or enquiry.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law.
By making a reservation or enquiry, you consent to receiving booking-related communications from Aranya Acres.
8. Photography & Media
Aranya Acres may photograph or film events for use in marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify our team prior to your event.
Guests are welcome to take personal photographs for non-commercial use. Commercial photography or filming requires prior written approval from management.
