Terms & Conditions

Tables are booked through Toast and confirmed by email. We hold your table for fifteen minutes past the booking time; after that we may release it. If you are running late, call us on 0481 911 122 and we will do what we can.

Please tell us about allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements when you book rather than on arrival — it gives the kitchen time to cook for you properly.

Paint & Drink sessions, Sculpture at the Cellar Door and other ticketed experiences are paid for at the time of booking. Tickets are transferable — send someone in your place and simply let us know the name. Refunds are available if you cancel more than seven days before the event; inside seven days the ticket is non-refundable, because the seat, the produce and the artist are already committed.

If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered a seat at the new date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

A function is confirmed on receipt of a signed agreement and a 25% deposit of the estimated total. Dates are held tentatively for up to seven days. The balance is payable seven days before the event, unless prior credit terms are agreed for corporate accounts.

Confirmed guest numbers and menu selections are due fourteen days before the event. Catering is charged on the confirmed number or the number attending, whichever is greater.

Cancellations more than 30 days out forfeit the deposit; within 30 days, 50% of the estimated total applies; within 7 days, the full estimated total applies.

Function bar tabs run on consumption at normal menu prices against a limit you nominate in advance. We will let you know as the tab approaches its limit so you can top it up, step down a tier or close it. We do not run fixed-hour drinks packages.

All alcohol is served under our licence and our responsible service of alcohol obligations. We may refuse service, and we may ask for proof of age. Guests who are intoxicated will not be served.

Gift cards are issued and administered by Toast. They are redeemable on food, drinks and ticketed events at Aranya Acres, can be used across more than one visit, and are not redeemable for cash. Australian Consumer Law sets a minimum three-year validity period for gift cards. Check a balance at any time through the link on our gift cards page. We cannot replace a lost or stolen gift card unless you can produce the original order details.

Prices shown on this website include GST and are current for the stated season. A 5% surcharge applies on Sundays and 10% on public holidays. Menus change with the seasons, and the cellar list changes constantly — what is published here is a guide, and the menu in the room on the day is the one that applies.

Children are welcome and we have a menu for them. This is a working rural property with uneven ground, gravel and vines — please keep children with you outside the dining room. The restaurant, bar and amenities are accessible; if you have specific access needs, call us before you come and we will make sure the day works for you.

We keep this website as accurate as we can, but menus, events, prices and opening hours change. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance until we confirm your booking. Photographs, menu copy, page text and the Aranya Acres name and logo belong to Vi Avenues Pty Ltd and may not be reused without permission.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
