A Bloody Shiraz Feast
One gin. One colour. One unforgettable evening. 🍷
A four-course degustation built around Four Pillars' cult-favourite Bloody Shiraz Gin — the famous Yarra Valley pour steeped in shiraz grapes until it turns a deep, magical purple. Each course arrives with its own Bloody Shiraz cocktail: from a bright blood-orange spritz to open the night, through a spiced plum sour and a flamed-orange negroni, to a velvet nightcap to close. On the plate: tea-smoked duck with blood orange, twice-cooked pork belly with spiced plum, and slow-braised beef cheek in Bloody Shiraz jus — with a full vegetarian journey at every course. Seats are limited.

Grab your friends for an afternoon of creativity, bubbles and grazing. Local artist Cassie Carter will guide you step-by-step to your own canvas masterpiece — no experience needed, just good vibes and a willingness to get a little paint on your hands. Includes bubbles on arrival, a grazing board, and a canvas to take home. (First session on 1 Aug is sold out — book your spot for 20 Sep!)
Aranya Acres Degustation

Chef Praneel Singh's Girmitya degustation traces the Indian-Australian story across five courses — zucchini-flower pakora, Mooloolaba prawn tartare, besan-dusted Blue Eye Cod, a saffron-and-coconut bouillabaisse with West Australian langoustine, and a warm three-milk Samai to finish. Every course wine-paired with bottles almost entirely from the Canberra District. Vegetarian and vegan options available at every course.
